Summer Dryland Sports Camps

Summer dryland camps are fun ways for hockey players and other athletes to stay in shape.  They have opportunities to improve athleticism by trying out other sports. 

Athletes will see improvements in speed, agility, strength, endurance, balance and hand-eye coordination, but most of all they will have fun!

2:30pm-3:30pm Badmitten/Volleyball
3:30pm-5:30pm Fishing/Arts&Crafts
5:30-6:00pm Pickup

*All players bring packed lunch, hockey stick and gloves, and an extra set of shorts & tee shirt.
